Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped.


During high-volume periods such as restocks or sales, processing times may extend to 5–10 business days.


International shipping times may vary depending on location and customs processing. OsaStrands is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.




Returns 

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as processing begins immediately.




Lost or Stolen Packages
